Bohuslav Lichnovský is an attorney-at-law with a professional focus on personal data protection, intellectual property and information, communication, healthcare, and disruptive technology law. He also acts as a compliance officer.
Bohuslav has extensive experience with GDPR implementation in leading global software companies, major Czech banks and insurance companies, and the largest state authorities. He has also handled major intellectual property disputes and provided legal support in the preparation of complex contractual documentation for several major ICT projects worth billions of CZK.
He provides legal services in the Czech and English languages.
He is the author of several articles and co-author of commentary literature on the GDPR and the Czech law on personal data processing. According to Legal500 magazine, he is a rising star in TMT law.
